Prickly very sharp in Kilbeggan
I thought the first time he jumped a little slow and he jumped better today. I was a little worried as he ran too free in Tramore and I was afraid this was a little too soon but he won very nicely. We'll probably go for a little handicap. I have no plans.

He ground it out well and the bit of experience helped him around a place like this. You wouldn't want to be arriving here first time!.
Tulsa Jack pips Naughty Molly
I wasn't sure if he had won but Dessie (Scahill) was behind me and he said you're not beaten anyway. He looked to have a chance when he fell in Killarney and I actually fancied him tonight, I thought he had a good chance. The three mile one furlong was a big help and the smaller fences probably helped as well.
Airlie Beach shows her turn of foot
She had a foal as a three-year-old by accident. We bought a horse from France and presumed he was gelded but he ended up covering two mares. The other lost the foal but this mare had hers and he's a two-year-old now who has just been broken. So we have the sire, the dam and the foal. Her dam (Screaming Witness) was actually my first ride on the racecourse. She's had three foals and all three have won bumpers including Valerian Bridge who won three last year. She was very green early on. It was a little bit of a surprise as she's been quite backward in her work at home. She was further back than I wanted early on and didn't travel but when she got there she picked up very nicely. I think there is a bit of improvement in her.
