FormscanBy Michael Graham - INUIT has finished third in his last two starts in Listed company, so should enjoy dipping his toes into a handicap for the first time. He holds Group 3 entries and it may not be long before he is back up in grade. Safecracker has plenty to find on ratings, but finished eye-catchingly well to be a close second in a quality handicap over 1m2f in Leopardstown last week. The hood that was deployed then is retained. He has form over a similar trip to this. Malabu Drive was strong off the front over an extended 1m3f in Killarney. His trainer, Ger Lyons, won the McEnery Cup last year and this Frankel colt is a proper contender. McTigue is markedly up in trip and this is likely to be a stiff test with plenty of pace on, so he is swerved on this occasion.
An extended handicap for three years old and upwards (100 = 10st)Penalties - (after calculation of the handicap) A winner shall carry 7lb extra for each race won.
