FormscanBy Michael Graham - ANOTHER OCANA has to be of interest on his return to hurdling. When he was last seen in this discipline at Limerick over Christmas, he won by more than four lengths off a mark of 90. Jack Gilligan takes 7lb off his back, so he competes off the same mark now. He was in the process of running a solid race when last seen over fences at Limerick, but was badly hampered two out which ruined his race. Jay Pee M showed more when runner-up at Thurles last month and a reproduction of that effort would see him heavily involved. The Big Cloud disappointed in Naas, but would be a player on her previous placed runs at Clonmel and Punchestown while Crowsatedappletart is coming off a break, but gets through this ground and Liam McKenna is value for his 5lb claim. Roderick hasn't shown much over hurdles, however, he returns in better form after a couple of decent performances on the Flat.
An extended handicap hurdle for four years old and upwards rated 80-102Penalties - Winner of a hurdle race after calculation of the handicap shall carry 7lb extra for each hurdle race won.
