FormscanBy John O'Riordan - SOLITARY MAN sets a fair standard here having given weight and a half-length beating to a seasoned handicapper on his chasing debut at Killarney last month. With the latter horse now rated 141, after subsequently winning the Mayo National, that form looks strong. Reverend Hubert was a smart handicapper on the flat before winning over hurdles for new connections last season. Having made a very promising chasing debut at Limerick recently, the Charles Byrnes-trained gelding is well worth his place in this line up. Saylavee, also a winner on her chasing debut, rates a serious threat if staying this longer trip. The Willie Mullins-trained mare certainly gives every indication of doing so.
