FormscanBy Michael Graham - GOLDEN TWILIGHT was third in this race last year and has each-way claims again. He has had a decent spell in the last year in winning twice at Dundalk and being pipped by a nose in a premier handicap at Leopardstown. He rallied to be a close fifth in the Cork Derby on his last start. Teed Up is on a dangerous mark of 85. He was last seen finishing second in the valuable November Handicap at Doncaster off a mark of 82 and the horse that beat him has since won this season's Chester Cup when rated 97. Teed Up's stable is well able to have a horse ready off a break, but the one concern is that he would prefer some cut in the ground. Safecracker ran well in second in the Cork Derby for which the handicapper nudged him up 3lb. He is well versed in these ultra-competitive handicaps and should be there or thereabouts. Maze Runner and My Mate Mozzie are more known for their National Hunt exploits, but are capable of going well. Smooth Tom is up in trip, but cannot be discounted.
