< Silver Concorde returned to action with a workmanlike victory in the Win A Ski Holiday Racecard Competition Maiden at Navan.
Winner of the Champion Bumper at the Cheltenham Festival in March, Dermot Weld's six-year-old was sent off 2-5 favourite for his Flat debut but was made to work hard to land odds.
The favourite travelled well as he cruised to the front in the home straight, but Rightdownthemiddle refused to go down without a fight and Pat Smullen had to get serious before eventually scoring three-quarters of a length.
Smullen initiated a double when making all on Chiclet in the opening Kells Maiden.
The drop to five furlongs and application of cheekpieces helped the 13-8fav get off the mark as the 13th attempt as he held the late challenge of Aerialist by half a length.
A couple of valuable maidens featured in the middle of the card, starting with the Irish Stallion Farms E.B.F. Fillies Maiden which went the way of Bocca Baciata (9-4fav).
Shane Foley's mount had shown plenty of ability in two previous outings and saw the one mile trip out best of all for a two-length success from the Aidan O'Brien-trained Easter who made a very promising debut.
O'Brien's Giovanni Canaletto was sent off 8-11 favourite for the Irish Stallion Farms E.B.F. (C & G) Maiden but could only manage third behind surprise winner Mohaayed (20-1).

O'Brien and son Joseph ended the card with a double, with Felix Mendelssohn 's (11-10fav) length and a quarter success over Ceylon in the closing Irish Stallion Farms E.B.F. Maiden coming 30 minutes after Bazaar justified 4-1 favouritism in the second division of the Meath Handicap by five lengths from Shukhov
The first division was much closer as Rocky Bleier (9-1) stayed on to deny Madeira Classic by a neck.< Big Bad Lily (11-1) left it late as she recorded back-to-back wins in the Trim Apprentice Handicap.
