Review down royal 21st Jun John Oxx yet again hit the bullseye in a feature race as Miss Keller proved too good for her rivals in the EBF Coolmore Stud Ulster Oaks Fillies Handicap at Down Royal. The 9-2 favourite travelled ominously well throughout under Fran Berry, who was sat motionless as the daughter of Montjeu swept to the front before the turn for home.Timoca proved a willing rival as she went in pursuit down the straight, but Miss Keller was always doing enough to take the valuable prize by a length and a quarter.Berry said: "The race worked out well for her and she ran on strong at the finish."The longer trip today helped and as a Montjeu the rain helped."Montecchio confirmed the promise of his first three outings when getting his head in front for the first time in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden at Gowran Park.Kevin Prendergast's grey, second on his last couple of outings at Leopardstown, was sent off at 6-4 to go one better and cruised to the front at the furlong marker before running out a two and a half length winner from Marfach.Prendergast said: "Today's race was run to suit him and he has trained well since his last run. He's already had four runs but may now go to the Galway Festival for a nursery."Cothrom Na Feinne sprang a surprise when making every yard of the running under Willie Supple in the 28th June Open Fourball At Gowran Park Handicap.Winning trainer Dessie McDonogh said of the 33-1 chance: "That's Willie Supple's first winner for me since a horse called Majestic Wolf won at Tramore in the early 1980s!"That was a fair performance by Cothrom Na Feinne. He's had two hurdle runs already, jumps beautifully but won't run over hurdles on firm ground."
