Tigroney won a head-bobbing finish with Miss Dinamic in the mares' bumper over two and a quarter miles in Wexford.
The win gave local trainer Liz Doyle a double on the card as she saddled All The Way Home to win the previous race.
Tigroney and Finny Maguire bagged the inner rail and swept into the home straight in the lead. Miss Dinamic and Nina Carberry started to stay on from third and unleashed their challenge in the centre of the track deep inside the final furlong.
The whips were up as the pair approached the line locked together but it was Tigroney who got the verdict.
The winner was returned at 3/1 just a fraction longer than the 11/4 favourite Miss Dinamic in second. There was a short head between the pair. Isnt Dat Right at 25/1 took third.
Tigroney turned around the form of her run in Clonmel over an extended two miles at the start of April when she was third and Miss Dinamic finished a place ahead of her.
Liz Doyle said: "Just like buses! I haven't had a winner for ages and then two come along!
"If we were going the other way around today we wouldn't have won. She is a big galloper, she travels really well and you think she is going to find loads but all she does is lengthen, lengthen, lengthen.
"She hit a big flat spot coming up the straight and she just got back up on the line. She got a great ride, I was saying he is going too fast but he had it all sorted out, he is bred to know what he is doing, I'm not!
"She was blossoming the last couple of weeks, typical mare with the good weather. She looked the business at home so I am very pleased with her. She will go straight over hurdles now and she should be a nice staying mare over hurdles. She seemed to thrive on the ground like a typical Vinnie Roe."
There were no fallers at Wexford's first left-handed race meeting.
