Tiger Voice pecks after the last© Photo Healy Racing
Tiger Voice fended off Le Musigny at the end of the two mile handicap chase on Punchestown's card.
He made headway, travelling well, to get into contention at the second last where Battleoverdoyen was clinging on to a narrow advantage.
He soon swept to the front under Darragh O'Keeffe but a less than fluent jump at the last saw him peck upon landing just as Le Musigny was staying on.
O'Keeffe got his mount on an even keel and moved into the drive position and the pair kept on best to score by three parts of a length for Henry de Bromhead.
The winner returned at 11/4 from the 11/5 favourite in second.
O’Keeffe said: “He travelled away well and I got a nice lead into the race. He jumped super the whole way. He pecked a bit at the back of the last but in fairness he picked up well again and has done it nicely.
“He’s a horse that we can have a bit of fun with.”
