Bargain-buy Swingbridge made it three from three for owner Noel Moran and trainer Gordon Elliott when triumphant in the Coola Handicap Chase at Kilbeggan under Davy Russell.

The nine-year-old son of Milan is on a real high at present and after travelling well he delivered on the run-in for a four and a quarter length success over Some Drama

"He's a grand honest horse. We got him well enough handicapped," said Elliott.

"It's great for Noel and Valerie who are from Bective. He could win again and he's probably well enough handicapped over hurdles.

"We were a bit worried about the rise in the weights but Davy gave him a great ride.

"He was probably better here than the last day and jumped great on the last circuit. Hopefully he's an improving horse."

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Irish Bulletin trained by E. McNamara, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

P.T. Enright, rider of Dushrembrandt trained by Robert Tyner, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled during this race and was pulled up.

M.P. Walsh, rider of Irish Bulletin trained by E. McNamara, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled during this race.
