Perry grabs first winner on Lucky Tenner Lucky Tenner (4/1) gave jockey Seamus Perry his first track winner when getting the better of a battle with Where It All Began in the bumper at Limerick. The two horses were locked together, travelling well, over a quarter of a mile from home. As they hit the furlong pole Lucky Tenner held a narrow advantage. 10/11 favourite Where It All Began tried to fight back but Lucky Tenner found for pressure to see him off by three parts of a length. There was a 20-length gap back to third-placed Ballywilliam Boy (25/1). Perry (21), from Edenderry, said: "That's my first winner and I'm with Peter (Fahey) for the past year and a half and was with Gordon Elliott before that. "I missed a winner recently when I forgot to sign in (for covid protocols) but it is great to get this winner. "I took a lead the whole way and took it up turning in and he battled the whole way to the line. He is a nice horse and has plenty size to him." Additional reporting by Tom Weekes
