Aidan O'Brien and Ryan Moore completed a clean sweep of the first three races at Leopardstown this evening when Henry Adams made most of the running to claim the JRA Tyros Stakes.

Ryan Moore was soon in front in the Group 3 contest on the No Nay Never colt and he was pressed from halfway by Chicago Fireball

Having shaken off the attentions of that rival early in the straight the even-money favourite then held the late charge of Devious by a neck in the seven-furlong event.

Henry Adams was making it two from two career starts having won his maiden at Naas earlier in the month.

“It was a very good performance because the two of them went at it from a long way,” said O'Brien.

“Ryan gave him a great ride, he's a tough hardy horse. He's a No Nay Never and has plenty of speed as well, he's laidback. A big mature horse.

“He's a fine big, relaxed horse. Ryan said he's a baby still.

“I think he'll go on to the Futurity, he'll probably end up there with Henry Longfellow. He's lovely because he's happy to go forward.”
