Newcomer Braid Blue justified 7/4 favouritism in Kilbeggan's bumper and gave Gordon Elliott a treble on the card.
The five-year-old son of Gold Well powered home for Lisa O'Neill to put six lengths on Betsy Boots (7/2) who had given it a good go from the front. Last One completed the placings in third at 5/2, 10 lengths further back.
Gordon Elliott said: “He's a grand honest horse and stays galloping. I'd say he'll improve a bit from it.
“It's nice to get a winner for Philip McBurney, that's his first horse in training with us. You see a lot of the McBurney trucks on the roads.
“I'll get him home and see how he is before making plans but I'd say he'll definitely come on for the run.”
