Review galway 30th Jul Bahrain Storm claimed an emphatic victory in a dramatic running of the Arthur Guinness Galway Hurdle for the Pat Flynn stable.Stephen Gray sent the six-year-old (20-1) into the lead on the turn for home and he never looked like being caught as he ran on strongly to score by six lengths.Fosters Cross, who had been prominent all the way, fell at the last and brought down Cuan Na Grai, leaving red-hot favourite Deutschland to lead the pursuers at a respectable distance.The two top jockeys Ruby Walsh and Tony McCoy fought out the finish of the Signature Novice Hurdle and it was Ireland's champion who came out on top aboard Dual Gales.McCoy led turning into the straight on evens favourite Glenstal Abbey, but Walsh had him firmly in his sights in second spot.There was very little between them jumping the final flight and with both jockeys all out, it was the Willie Mullins-trained Dual Gales (11-4) who scored by half a length.The Dessie Hughes-trained Montero put up impressive display to complete a hat-trick in the St James's Gate Novice Chase.The seven-year-old, 6-4 favourite after winning at Wexford and Limerick, was always going well in second place under Roger Loughran as Joe Soap built up a big lead.Taking over after the final fence, Montero stretched away to score by 10 lengths from Aoife Costa and was eased down towards the finish.Whatever Next (14-1) led all the way under Davy Russell to take the Perfect Pint Beginners Chase.John Murphy's seven-year-old jumped well and was clear on the home turn before holding favourite Corrick Bridge, who made up an astonishing amount of ground from the last, by two lengths.Danny Mullins won Tuesday's big race on Rock And Roll Kid and he was again seen at his best when Fit The Cove took the Guinness Time Handicap.Harry Rogers' 12-1 shot took it up on the home bend and then had a ding-dong duel with favourite Separate Ways, with Mullins forcing him home by half a length.Jim Bolger got off the mark for the Festival as Slieve Mish knuckled down well to l
