Jockey Heskin faces injury layoff Promising claiming jockey Adrian Heskin faces missing most of the summer due to a cruciate ligament injury sustained in a fall from Rakamasi in a handicap chase at Killarney yesterday evening. Heskin’s boss, Michael Hourigan, fears the jockey could miss around four months with an operation on the cards in the coming days. Heskin had only just returned from a broken collarbone injury at Fairyhouse’s Easter meeting. Elsewhere, Keith Donoghue suffered a suspected broken collarbone from a fall off Five Two in Punchestown’s opening beginners chase this evening.
