Jockey Denis Hogan, who has his training license not long over one year, has done well with a just a few horses and was on board Drive On Jim which landed his second win in three days, landing the Goggin Buckley Engineering Handicap Hurdle at Limerick today.
Successful in a handicap chase here on Tuesday, Drive On Jim got ‘in’ having been second reserve today, scoring an easy seven lengths win over Manger Hanagment
Afterwards Hogan stated “Drive On Jim was only 34 on the ballot list for this race but having been in such good form since his win two days ago, I had to take my chance here.”
