Hardy´s Cheltenham plans uncertain

Hardy Eustace could be re-routed to the Coral Cup if top-weight Rhinestone Cowboy takes his place in the Cheltenham Festival handicap.

The Dessie Hughes-trained gelding, winner of the Royal & SunAlliance Hurdle at the Festival last year, was being aimed at the Smurfit Champion Hurdle but the Curragh trainer is having a change of heart. ´If Rhinestone Cowboy runs in the Coral Cup then Hardy Eustace would go there instead of the Champion as there would be very few in the handicap.´

Hughes plans to have three runners at Cheltenham with Hardy Eustace being joined by Central House (Arkle Chase) and Mutineer (Pertemps Final).
