Grammata gets her head in front Denis Hogan's Grammata (9/2) got off the mark at the sixth time of asking in the five-furlong maiden at Tipperary. She raced close to the pace before improving to grab a narrow lead a furlong from home. The daughter of Twilight Son was soon strongly pressed by Provocateuse and the pair fought out the spoils all the way to the line. Grammata maintained the slight advantage, though, and hit the line a neck to the good over Provocateuse (10/3). I Am Magnetic, who was strong in the market at 6/1, kept on well to finish a head further back in third. This was his first run in a visor. Jockey Joe Doyle said: "Today was very important. I thought she stuck to her task very well. She was very tough in the end and we are very happy with her. "We are very grateful to have a horse owned by Lady O'Reilly in the yard. She is the only one and it is also my first winner for her. "She travelled very strongly today. She's a very nice filly moving forward." The pick of Grammata's five previous races was when she took the runner-up berth in a Listed sprint at Cork in July. Additional reporting by Tom Weekes
