Tramore races on New Year's Day and the going is soft (on chase course) and soft, soft to heavy in places (on hurdle track) after a dry 48 hours.

Up to 20mm (approximately) of rain is forecast prior to racing.

There is also action in Fairyhouse on New Year's Day and the ground is good to yielding, yielding in places following a dry couple of days.

Again, plenty of rain is expected with up to 25mm (approximately) from tomorrow until the end of racing.

Cork hosts action on Saturday and the going is yielding to soft, yielding in places.

A mainly dry day is forecast, with the possibility of 18-25mm of rain (approximately) tomorrow into Wednesday. Mainly dry thereafter with temperatures due to drop later in the week.

The Grade 1 Lawlor's Of Naas Novice Hurdle takes place on Sunday and the going on both tracks is yielding.

Today is expected to be dry with 5-7mm of rain forecast for tomorrow. Then there is the possibility of up to 20mm of rain tomorrow night into Wednesday. Temperatures are expected to drop later in the week.
