Geraghty returns at Punchestown

Champion jump jockey Barry Geraghty is back in action at Punchestown this evening after a near four-week absence with a broken thumb.

The Meathman fractured a thumb in a fall from the Jessica Harrington-trained Brutto Facie at Gowran Park on May 2. He partnered over 100 winners in the 2003/04 season to land his second championship, and has a full book of six rides at Punchestown.
