Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that R.J. Condon was in breach of R10(3)(g) by using his whip with excessive frequency. Having taken into consideration his previous record, the Stewards suspended R.J. Condon for 2 racedays. A. Ring, rider of Mossy White trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled during this race. The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Mossy White, trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal. (AM & EM)
