Hanlon was delighted with the result after being forced to retire Western Leader, who suffered serious injury at Aintree last week. "He's a good horse. I know I lost a good horse but I said on the night at least I have the next best one in the yard," said Hanlon. "We'll give him a bit of time off and bring him back for a winners race in Galway. It's great after losing the other one to have a nice horse."
