Culloty opens account at Bellewstown

Jim Culloty made his first visit to Bellewstown a winning one when successful aboard the Edward O´Grady-trained Laragh House in the three miles handicap hurdle.

Best Mate´s regular partner sent the six-year-old gelding to the front before three out to beat Noleens Moon by three and a half lengths.

´I will be riding here and in England, wherever I get the best rides,´ said Culloty, who recently announced that he will be riding freelance this season but will still be associated with the triple Gold Cup winner.
