Condon back in the winner's enclosure Davy Condon made a welcome return to winner’s enclosure after he landed the Kill Hurdle aboard the Eddie Harty trained Baron De’l. Condon hit the front on Baron De’l at the last and kept on well on the run-in to post a four length win over Un Hinged. A delighted Harty said afterwards: “He’s class and he won well today. It was his first time winning left-handed so that was a bit of a positive.” “Once there was steady pace the race played into his hands. Our immediate target is the Grade 3 WKD Core Hurdle at Down Royal next month.” Harty also revealed that ex jockey Dean Gallagher has joined his team in September as his assistant.
