Carberry back on Friday

Paul Carberry will be back in action again at Kilbeggan on Friday following his latest injury scare.

The former champion was taken to hospital for x-rays on his neck after a fall from Emmpat in a maiden hurdle at Galway on Sunday but is now fit to resume.

´Paul did some schooling this morning and is fine but he decided to give it a miss until Kilbeggan on Friday,´ said Noel Meade at Galway this afternoon.

Carberry was on the sidelines for six weeks in July and August due to a shoulder muscle injury but has been in good form since his return just over a fortnight ago.
