Trainer Noel Meade has a strong hand in today's feature at Limerick, the €100,000 Ladbrokes Munster National Handicap Chase, with four representatives.
Stable Jockey Paul Carberry has elected to partner the recent Sligo winner Tom Horn but punter don't agree with his choice and have instead latched onto to stabemate Bose Ikard who is now 4/1 favourite with the sponsors.
Meade said on Friday: "I've got four in it - I hope one of them wins it! Paul got the pick and he chose Ton Horn which is the one he fancies. Ruby will ride Bose Ikard off 10-3 which is a pointer in itself. All four of them like the ground."
Walsh's mount the novice Bose Ikard was unlucky not to complete a four-timer at Clonmel on his latest start when a last fence error cost him. The six-year-old son of Brian Boru has been re-assessed by the handicapper to a mark of 128 following Clonmel but avoids a penalty here and can race off 120.
