The final race on the card was won by the impressive Willie Mullins trained Ballyhaunis under the hands of Pat Smullen. Prominent for most, he led over 2f out and stayed on well winning by a comfortable 3 lengths.
Mullins said, ?He?s the best flat maiden we?ve had in a long time, looks like a nice prospect. There are not many winners of one about so we may have to go for a listed race with him.?
