Flood/Gorman win opener at Fairyhouse
He doesn't like being in front but he needs a bit of pace, so we had to go on and make the running with him. He jumped really well today and I don't really know where to go next with him.
Apt Approach impresses at Fairyhouse
I actually missed the race as I was late arriving but Ruby [Walsh] said he was very happy with him and you wouldn't even know it was soft ground on him as he handled it so well. We'll probably bring him back for a quick run and then go for the 2 ¿ mile Grade 2 Novice here at the Festival.

Walsh/Flood in form at Fairyhouse
He ran poorly at Leopardstown and it's good to see he's coming back to himself and showing some good form. It probably wasn't the greatest race and we'll go for another handicap with him.
Real Overdrive scores for Madden
He'd prefer a bit better ground but 2 miles seems to really suit him. He seemed that he didn't get 2 mile 5f here the last day. We will try and find another handicap over similar trip for him next.
He has a bit of ability but you couldn't trust him. Today was really his last chance, we might go chasing with him next.
Mullins records double
We will go jumping with him straight away and try win a hurdle race with him. He is one to look forward to over fences next season. He's a big horse with a really good chasing pedigree.
