Vic jumps them silly
He jumped great in front. I'm not quite sure - Ruby said we should go for a longer trip, I thought we should go for a shorter trip. We'll have to see. He'll run again in a few weeks and we'll see where he fits in with the other novices.

Mullins & Walsh double-up with Mourad
At last! The extra trip helped and he'll be going up in trip for the rest of the season - two miles four plus. I have no big plan, he's in the Stayers Hurdle but he'd want to be winning like he did today to justify that. He told me nothing today that I didn't already know about him.
Pittoni takes the feature
He did it okay. He is in the Grade 1 at Leopardstown on February 7th (the Spring Juvenile Hurdle - now 5/2 with Ladbrokes) and we'll know what level he's at after that. I told Paul not to let it turn into a sprint and that's why he went on from so far out. I didn't expect him to sit last early but they'll never again be a Paul Carberry.
Krystle manages quick follow-up
She is blowing a lot harder today than she did after winning on Sunday. She'll probably get a little break and she'll be ready to go on there again in a few weeks.

Burns strikes with Miss Parkington
She was wrong last year and I shouldn't have been running her. She is well-bred though and while her form didn't say much for her, I always liked her. I left her off (hadn't run since the 7th of July last year) and she came right. It's just nice to get a winner.
