Giggs has Power back in the number 1
He's a real, real honest horse. If you were to read his form you might think he wasn't genuine but he's too honest for his own good. Every day he gives 110 percent. The ground is soft . a small bit on the dead side. Paddy McLoughney was one of my very first owners. I trained a mare called Agent Scully to win at Sligo in 1998 . my first . in those colours with Pat Shanahan up. He's a very genuine horse. How far he'll go I don't know. He jumps real well and gives his best every day. He's after earning place money every day he goes out.
Lavery gets good tune from Uncle Tom Cobley
. Turning in he sort of flattened out but once I got at him he picked up again. He's cute in his jumping . he missed one but other than that he was a good ride.
Wednesday impresses on Tuesday
That's grand . it keeps the job going. He's a bit of a monkey but he has ability and it's grand to see him winning another race. He has plenty of ability but he could get beat in a worse race the next day. He'll be left off when the ground gets faster.
Joy for Zebo - at Ballinrobe
I had a run around beforehand and I thought it was better out wide on the far-side and on the turn-in. It might have helped but he did it well, he jumped brilliantly and he travelled and picked up well. I had plenty of horse left, I was happy enough that if anything came to me I'd find more. We've always thought a lot of this horse. He got beat in his first two point-to-points, a bit unfortunately, but he won his third one and then he had a run in a bumper. He finished third then but he's a jumping horse more than anything. We'll probably go chasing sooner rather than later. He's a bit like who I called him after . the rugby player, Simon Zebo. I was watching television one evening and I saw him scoring two or three tries so I said there's a name for my horse. He did the same as Zebo today.

I'd like to thank the Turf Club for giving me my licence back. I was restricted to four horses until last Friday week. Hopefully it's onwards and upwards from here. Tom Quinn (the winning owner) is great to train for as he leaves me alone to do the horses. I have twenty eight in training and hopefully I can get back to where I was. We put in a new gallop and this fella is a lovely horse. My heart will be in my mouth when he goes chasing though as he has plenty of speed.
