that was nice - she ran very well in Sligo and that experience, and the extra two furlongs suited her down to the ground. It was Paul that decided to be more positive with her today than he was the last day. Galway might come too soon and we'll try and keep to these rated novice hurdles.
World wins for canny Kennedy
that's a lovely pot to get and I'm delighted for the owners. After his first two runs this year we were left scratching our heads as we thought he was coming back a nicer horse this season but he just didn't perform great at all. In fairness Jack gave him a brilliant ride there and to be honest I think he stole the race. It was completely his decision to go on and make it and it worked out great. We're lucky the horses are running well again and we're looking forward to Galway now with a few nice ones next week. If we could get a winner down there we'd be thrilled.
O'Keeffe gains third winner in seven days
he was always going to win his race once he got good ground. He's a grand little horse, and he'll improve away now. We might go to Galway and have a bit of fun next week and he might run in the 0-109. He belongs to a good owner (Mark McDonagh) who's been with me now for three years.
'Very exciting' Pike County takes bumper final
I'm absolutely thrilled for the horse. From the day he set foot in the place I've loved him. His first two runs - you can draw a line through them - he wasn't right and evidently he just loves this ground. He's matured, he's strengthened, and today he was so relaxed in the prelims - walking around the parade ring and going to the start. That has helped him and he's got tons and tons of pace. He'd win over a mile and two on the Flat easy. He's just a very exciting horse - he gives me something to get up in the morning for. He could be a dual purpose horse - he could be anything, and he looks to me if he'd be a magic jumper as well. He's very light on his feet and he's very athletic.
