Seolan sparks straight-away
I thought she'd be a bit green on her first start but she was very professional and she was tough and genuine. Hopefully she can go on from here. She's out of a Danehill Dancer mare and she is fairly smart. Herself and Talitha Kum did a really good piece of work two weeks ago.
2 for Hayes at over 80/1
Loreto a popular winner
She had to work hard for it. Kevin said the ground is very very heavy but she is gutsy and genuine. She was a bit unlucky at Killarney. She was slow away and just failed to get there so this makes up for it.
What a day for Hayes at Listowel
He's a horse that just loves racing. No matter what we do with him at home he just thrives on racing. He was healthy and well. Since I got him as a four-year-old he has never given us any problems. He has never been sick a day in his life. He's a very healthy horse and hopefully he'll be back here on Saturday over seven furlongs.
Cats on top at Listowel
I didn't think he'd handle the ground. I was afraid of my life of the ground though he did win on it at Gowran. I thought Tom was a bit easy on him as he likes to be ridden handier. Tom knows him best though. He travelled fierce well and he went away well at the finish. He'll stay hurdling and we don't have any immediate plan for him.
Wests awake at Listowel
Mark gave him a great ride. He knows him well as he already won on him in Roscommon. He might have won on him too if he hadn't been suspended when he was second at Tramore. It's great to have a winner at the Festival, it's only my second ever runner here. I have ten in training.
