I'm not surprised at all. We backed him in a point-to-point and he was carried out at the second. He's been a proper horse from day one. He was bought to replace Lots Of Memories, and is as nice a young horse as I've had around the place. I wanted my son Aaron to take out a licence and ride him in a bumper but he's concentrating on his leaving cert.

He came out of the race well at Clonmel, and we let him take his chance. He's done it well again there, and that trip is ideal. He's entered at Downpatrick on Saturday. I don't know if he'll go there but we'll see how he is after this.

That's brilliant as it's Katie's first runner as an owner. They must be lucky colours,. He's been unlucky all year as he's not had an ease. He's been flying home but that's the way he is. He has to arrive there easily and is a tricky horse. Soft ground is the key to him, and when he's passing horses he gets confidence.
