I ran specifically here because her owner Mr Higgins is a director of the racecourse. I rang him yesterday and he was in New Zealand and won't be home until next Monday, so we had to go ahead without him. He'll be happy with that. She is a home bred and was a bit unlucky not to win her bumper. I'm not sure where we'll go next.

That was a nice win on ground that was far from what he would want. I knew he would run well as he runs well fresh. Declan gave him a lovely ride taking seven pounds off. He has put in some great performances especially over fences and his heart is bigger than himself. I'm thrilled for his owner Anthony Calnan who has been very patient with him. He'll probably go to Listowel now.
