Superman strikes in Gowran opener
I'm delighted with that, it's his eighth career win,. Colin said he hated the ground but being big and strong he managed to get through it and get home. He's a very good horse on his day. From the back end of last year I've had the Buckingham Palace Stakes in my head for him. It's seven furlongs at Royal Ascot where they'll go a lick. He is a group horse and I don't imagine he'll go up for that as he was 3 or 4lb well in anyway. I'll probably keep him fresh between now and then, he runs very well fresh. He owes us absolutely nothing, he's had us all the way around the world. He's eight years of age but he's only had 37 runs. Jim's horse kept him honest there. Colin was delighted with him, he said he just took a little blow coming to the line. Today was the plan, ground or not. It's the same as a bit of work at home and we're running for a bit of prize-money. We think seven furlongs is probably his optimum trip, he gets a mile as well but more so around a bend. He can go left and right-handed. The only question I have is up a straight but he was placed at the Curragh over seven as a two-year-old. Seven furlongs on a straight would be his ideal trip, a mile at Ascot would stretch him. He's in the Summer Mile at the Curragh but he'll probably skip that and we'll keep him fresh.

Cage Rattler strikes for Kinsella & Caffrey
We fancied him the last day in the Curragh, it was a small handicap with a big pot, but it was probably a little bit short for him,. He ran well in Leopardstown over seven and he had 12lb off Manhattan Dandy today so we were kind of confident he would reverse the form. . He nearly threw it away by hanging, he's still green and he'll hopefully improve. He's only had six runs and we let him out for a year after his two-year-old run as he was big and immature. He handles a dig in the ground. He's in Killarney on Tuesday and he might go there, we'll see how he comes out of this.

That was a surprise anyway!.
Simply Sideways resumes winning ways for Doyle
That's great. We were worried coming into this year that she was so highly rated, had she any business, but we were happy with her first few runs,.
Colgan doubles up on Vestigia
I've always liked him, thought a lot of him. He just wasn't scoping clean after his runs so he was due to do that. I was freaking out here today with the ground so I just asked Robbie to take his time. . When he got it together he finished off lovely. He was short a gallop so I was a little bit worried but I just had to get him started as we were so long waiting. . He shouldn't be a maiden as he should have won the race at the Curragh last year, he was unlucky not to get the race in the stewards room.
