Dangan shines bright in opener
She did it well. The ground is the key to her and hopefully it doesn't get too dry. She'll probably go for a mares novice hurdle before the end of the season. Whatever she does over hurdles will be a bonus as she's a good staying mare and won a point-to-point for Tom Lombard. He thought quite a bit of her.
Primrose gives rivals the Blues
Gannon's mare goes in again
She's only small but is as tough as nails and has a great heart. I'm lucky to have her and we'll see what the handicapper does next.

Ross takes advantage of Dodger exit
We had a bit of luck which was nice. He was entitled to win and jumped really well today. He was going very well between the final two and I think he had a bit more left in the tank. We'll see what mark he gets now but he won't be good enough for the novices.
Carroll returns with a winner
I thought he was a good horse one time, and he looked well handicapped today although he had lost his way. He was cantering when he burst in Wexford last time but he hasn't burst either before or since. He'll stay handicap chasing and he'll be better on better ground. I quietly fancied him today but you couldn't back him.
Fenton's Plan comes together
The field got smaller and smaller and you'd have to fancy him on his Leopardstown run. He should go on better ground and his next run will probably be at the Curragh in the Rockview Bumper. He's not going on his summer holidays for a while yet.
