Koeman finally has Blast off at Limerick
He was unlucky not to win a bumper, and has had a couple of good runs over hurdles. I was going to wait another few weeks for nicer ground but when this race came up we had to take our chance. I’d imagine he will go back for a handicap, and he is also a novice until November. He’ll make a nice chaser and jumps very well. He’s probably a bit better going right-handed.
Blackmore extends lead in title race
He’s after improving a lot since his run in Gowran. This race looked wide open and I’ve no plans at the moment. We’ll have a look at the (programme) book and make a plan. He goes on that ground but could be a bit better on better ground.
Adreamstillalive completes four-timer
She was good again and to win four is unbelievable. She was a bit immature and had a few problems, and ended up missing a year through injury. There is a novice handicap at Fairyhouse that she may go for and there is Punchestown as well. She likes a nice ease in the ground.

General Principle lands Limerick feature
It’s a Graded race and fair play to Limerick for putting it on but it was poor turnout. I don’t think we will find a softer Graded race this year. He’s his job done now winning a few races including a Graded race. He will run in the Irish National if he gets into it. We have plenty of entries at Aintree and will have to sit down over the weekend and see what we are going to do. We are probably running low on ammunition now but it has been an amazing season.
