Cristal Icon storms home for family success
She is a grand filly and strengthened up an awful lot since last year on the flat. She was just too weak last year and has really taken to jumping. She loves jumping, which I was surprised at but she loves it and that's a good bit of her ability to win as she did. She might run in a four year old winners' of one in Punchestown next and will definitely go back on the flat also. She's not a novice for next year now so that's the only sting in the tail!

Danse Away follows up for local trainer Nagle
He has had good point to point form and got it right over hurdles. He'll turn out again in a couple of weeks and I'd say he'll go on any ground. It is exactly nine years to the day since myself and and his owners Finbarr and his wife Ailish Glynn won this same race with Bar The Rest.
Shower Cross cleans up for Walsh
He is a good stayer and stayed at it well today. It was a close race but he jumps well and will be better when the ground is drier. He'll run again in three weeks or a month's time.
Elliott completes another double with Tears in bumper
She would have learned loads from the first day when she was very green and Lisa said today it did her no harm that things got a bit messy because she was able to get a lead into the straight. I'd say they are two good fillies and they pulled ten lengths away from the third. Gordon reckons if she is ok after this that she'll go for the €100,000 bumper in Fairyhouse at the Easter festival. She'll then go out on her summer holidays before going hurdling next season.
