Orchidaceae a promising filly for Oliver
We came here hopeful after her run the last day at the Curragh. Everything went to plan, and Billy gave her a lovely ride. She’s a very forward going filly and loves that good ground. You would like to think that she could step up in grade. She has enough speed for six and she gets the seven, so it gives us a few possibilities. She could come back here for the Silver Flash.

Lee at double on Ferrybank
He won one day off 76 and he’s back up to 72 today, that’s his level. He likes Leopardstown and I shouldn’t have run him in the Curragh the last day. They get around him there and keep annoying him so that he’s nothing left. We’ve had a good bit of fun out of him and he’s paying his way.

Bear Profit's from Kennedy's diligence
I didn’t think he was going to be involved until next thing he arrived. Keithen smuggled him into it. He sat his Leaving Cert last Friday after riding a winner here on Thursday night. That’s some dedication. We fancied him in Listowel but things didn’t go right, he was very keen. He’s a decent horse and I’m delighted for everyone involved.
Powell rides welcome winner on Smaoineamh Sile
Peter (Commane) has had three horses with the Sile name and they have all now won four races. They are all tough, genuine fillies. I thought she would need the run a little bit, but she got an easy lead and she is good around here (third course and distance win). She will probably go to Bellewstown now. She obviously handles it (won there last year) and stays a mile very well. A mile and one is probably just at the end of her stamina.

Mullins eyes Galway Hurdle for Williamstowndancer
I think she just needed the run. It’s great for a local syndicate from Blackrock and I think there was 37 of them here today so the pressure was on. That’s great to get a flat win into that pedigree. She’s in foal to Fascinating Rock and we’ve leased her off John O’Connor (breeder). If we get into the Galway Hurdle we might go there next. The plan was to come here because the boys are all locals and hopefully that run will bring her on.
