Meyler on the mark for O'Brien and Gigginstown
Better result for Feelgood followers
he's a lovely horse going forward. He was very, very babyish and the penny is just dropping with him now. He improved a lot for a hurdle. He travelled away, he jumped very well and galloped to the line very well. He'll get further. They went a right good gallop and it was a proper test going that gallop. I'm delighted for James Rath who owns him as he has had a hard time lately with a family bereavement. He deserves it and he puts in a lot of work.

Down Royal winner Billaway cut for Foxhunters
he seemed to hit a flat spot again today and then came back on it although his jumping is getting much quicker. In Cheltenham last year we weren't losing ground, but we weren't making any ground at every fence whereas the winner (It Came To Pass) was. I think the extra experience he has this year will shorten the gap, hopefully. I think he is still improving and I think he is a better horse this year than last year. I think his jumping is getting slicker. That's what he needed to do, so he is doing it. There's no Leopardstown, so he'll go to Thurles at the end of January.
Dixie gets off to a flyer in bumpers
he was very unfortunate when he ran in a point-to-point - Derek (O'Connor) rode him that day and he just made a green mistake at the first. We had always picked out to come here - he's a good enough jumper but it suited us to come and run him in a bumper. He's been going well, the horses have been running well and we have a nice bunch of bumper horses. He did that well and Ben gave him a great ride. He got out in front and dictated it and had plenty of horse left at the end. He could go for a winners' bumper. He has a nice pedigree, he's not the biggest but he is tough and hardy and is a typical Westerner.
