Johnny Murtagh said the last day to ride him like you don't care!. He gets a bit uptight and the main thing is to relax him. He works like a lot better horse than he runs. Hopefully he's coming to himself now and he'll go for a similar race. I don't think he minds firm ground so the ground shouldn't be an issue for him.

The rain came in time for him,. He's had a break since his last run and I thought he might just need it. He's had two wind operations and on heavy ground over jumps he just can't handle it.

She's a lovely mare and is from a great family. They get better with age and keep progressing,. She's not as comfortable on that ground as her sister (Celtic Soprano). We'll see what the handicapper does and maybe try to find something similar.

I'm delighted with that performance. He ran over a mile twice at Navan last year and we always felt he was a staying type,. I was happy for him to make the running. He's not fully wound up today and was very green. I'm sure there is more to come. He could be a horse for the Queens Vase at Royal Ascot. He'd have at least another run before that. He's a big horse with a big stride on him.

That's as good a four-year-old maiden that there's been in Ireland for some time,. Both horses ran a bit green and I'd expect the result to stand. He's a very nice horse and we'll see how he comes out of this before making any plans.
