Aughwilliam Lady claims opener at Clonmel
She loved the ground and she jumped brilliantly. She's a very straight forward mare. She has progressed well from the last day, we've no plans and she might have one more run before we give her a break.
Lizzie on the mark
We schooled her the other day and she loved it. . She had run over hurdles at Punchestown and I think that really stood to her. Barry [Cash] gave her a lovely patient ride, she doesn't like to be in front too early.
Mosman wins again for Butler
Johnny [Allen] won on him the last day and gave him a good ride. . We decided to claim off with today on account of the penalty and Robbie [McCarth] was good on him. We had originally planned to give him a break after today but that might change now, he likes a mark in the ground. It's great for the owner Caroline Mills who is from Abbeyleix.
Mon Champion of Clonmel
He will stay handicap hurdling for the time being but he'll go chasing eventually. He likes that kind of ground and the horse has a heart of gold.
Warcraft back in the winning enclosure
Davy Russell rode him the last two times and he felt that he had a wind problem so we fitted a tongue tie today but having said that we don't think he has a problem we have never heard him make a noise. There might be something for him at Killarney and the two mile six chase at Galway is on the cards now.
Lad gets job done
It's nice to have a few Summer horses, we had no Summer ground last year. The horses are running well for us at the moment. We'll go for another handicap but I'd say the handicapper has a hold of him now as he only won by a head.
O'Sullivan at his best in New Orleans
He ran lovely race at Leopardstown last time out. It was nice to win a bumper with him as he's a chaser in the making. We'll keep him going now, he'll run in a hurdle race next. That was Ross' [O'Sullivan] first winner for me, JP Magnier had the choice but he went with Tom Taaffes horse.
