His first run was great but he ran at Dundalk and Clonmel then and ran awful but those races were over a mile and a quarter. Maybe it was a weak race but I'm glad he won and he'll go for another handicap now.

that's the way he did it in 2012 and the plan today was to steal a big lead early on. I knew when we were four or five lengths clear turning in the others would struggle to catch me and thankfully he held on. I was glad to see the line.
Wicklow shows his class at Listowel
He did it very easy and did what we expected. His pedigree suggests he'd be a high quality flat horse and if I had my way he run in the GPT (amateur handicap) at Galway but Dad might have bigger plans!. I imagine he might run at Royal Ascot instead but will need to have three flat runs to run in one of the handicaps.
