Thank God for that. Gareth gave him a good ride. He's great value for his 7lb claim. I'd like to give him more opportunities. He said he had plenty of horse coming to the last but he just idled a bit in front. He'll be better on better ground. He'll mix it over three codes during the summer and we'll have a bit of fun with him. He's a summer horse and we might look at an opportunity hurdle over two and a half in Punchestown.

You'd prefer to win it properly but I thought she was always getting there. She always finishes her races well and I thought she'd have got up with a clear run. We've had this in mind for her since she was third here in December and these fences suit her.
Preswell Lad wins at Downpatrick again
I was hoping he'd run well. He's a long time hanging around and he lost his way. He jumped very well after having his last run was over hurdles.
Most Peculiar slams the opposition
He was a bit unlucky the last day. He's improved again and drying ground has helped him improve. We'll probably continue with him into the summer as he's definitely a good ground horse and we'll probably try to win an amateur flat race with him. He's a good jumper and I think he's from Pique Sous' pedigree.
