He is the best I've had since Head Waiter and he is a very similar type. He wants good ground and he will be way better when he gets it. I very nearly pulled him out this morning because of the ground but with the weight allowance (getting six pounds off the winners) we said we would have a go.

I've won a head so I'm a hero but if I was beaten a head I would be a gobshite!. It is nice to have Ruby back and in good form. He hated the ground, it is really tacky. He'll mix it between the flat and hurdling and he could jump a fence. It would be nice to get some summer ground.

That's a relief! He has been a bit unlucky once or twice. You can see that he is a real three mile chaser in the making. With the testing ground I didn't really know how he would handle it but I've learned that I have a winter horse on my hands. He will probably go for a three mile novice now and it won't be long before he'll go chasing.

It is nice to have him back and to see him win again. I don't have any plans for him. I'm not sure if he was a bit lucky to win the way things worked out but things certainly fell nicely from him today.

I'm not sure whether he will go for a winners bumper or a maiden hurdle next. He just gallops away and I'd say he is one we will hold on to as he has had his problems. There is a chance he could run again later this week.
