No doubting Definite Class
she was expected to do that and has now won a bumper, hurdle, chase and now on the Flat - she is a fabulous mare. She'll stay over fences now for the summer and if the handicapper gives her a reasonable mark, she could do well in two miles chases.
Security Breach scores at Tramore
Lady Imola lands Tramore maiden
Lady Imola has an aversion to stalls so we are very limited where we can go with her. She was given a lovely patient ride on her debut and she stayed on well up the hill then but I'd say she wasn't mad about the track today though. There is plenty more to come with her and she has a very good attitude but as I said, we are very limited with where we can bring her. she had serious injury problems in the past but John O'Connor (her owner and manager of Ballylinch Stud) was very patient with her and minded her well.
Porter registers fourth Tramore win
it is nice to get back in the winner's enclosure! . She is one very consistent filly and if she comes out of this ok, will go for a fillies handicap at The Curragh next Sunday - she might have a mini break after that.
Clarach is Galway Hurdle bound
I think Clarach is a better mare this year and I wanted to win a Flat race with her for her broodmare status. The Galway Hurdle is the main aim for her now and whether she'll run before then, will depend on her. I think she'll get in off bottom weight in the Galway Hurdle, she a track winner and while she travels very well in her races, she sometimes can empty when she gets there.
Forest Minx breaks her duck
Forest Minx won that very well. She ran very well the last day and I fancied her today - she flew home!
Habesh wins Tramore finale
nothing else wanted to make the running so I decided to make it at a good even gallop. He kept on well all the way to the line and is probably better on better ground He got a bit lonely up the straight and could be a smart horse.
