Captain Paulie and his owners deserved that! He has had quite a few problems and we were waiting all winter for this ground. We'll aim him at a winners' race next as long as the ground is good.
Coscorrig routs opposition
she has been running well on heavy ground but was crying out for good ground. We'll go for a mares chase at Fairyhouse next and her owner is keen to get some blacktype for her too.
Dibella scores fro Nolan
Dibella is only 15-1hh but her previous trainer Michael Halford told us she was very tough and she certainly is that!. Michael (Doran) said she was ok on today's ground but said she wouldn't want it any quicker. We'll find a four year old winners' race for her next.

Trendelenburg is owned by the Barstool Prophets Syndicate which is made up of my father Pat and a few local friends from Summerhill. We'll aim him at a handicap hurdle at Perth in four or five weeks time next.
Hughies wins Webster Cup
its onwards and upwards for Hughies Grey from here and we'll aim him at the Irish Grand National at Fairyhouse next. I wasn't worried about the drop back in trip today as he had run well over two miles before. He is better going right-handed so Fairyhouse should suit him . today was my first Graded win.
