Paraphernalia another for Wachman at Gowran
She deserved to win on the balance of her form. She appreciated the ease in the ground and it is good that she has won as she is a half-sister to Girouette (winner of the Listed Sweet Mimosa Stakes and the Group 3 Patrick P O'Leary Memorial Phoenix Sprint at the Curragh last year).
Teachers gets Killahena off the mark
He won this race two years ago but he is a heart-break of a horse. He won't go left-handed, we tried him that way in Listowel because he was well-drawn but he just won't do it going that way around. He is in again at Roscommon on Monday and Ayr on Thursday and he'll go to one of the two.
Supple back in the winning groove
Shareen an appropriate winner of Gowran's Group 3
Niall only gets himself off the cold list on Group or Listed winners for the Aga Khan! He rode Karasiyra to win the Lenebane Stakes at Roscommon in July. We were worried about the ground but she is very very tough and consistent. That was the plan so I don't know what's in the future for her but it is great to win a Group race with her.
Pirateer battles strongly to land the nursery
Hawk in quick follow-up
He got fired out a bit there in the straight and had to switch back in. I thought it was gone on him then but fair play to Gary, he gave him a great ride. We were lucky then that the line came in time. He is entered in Doncaster Sales which are on November 4th and 5th although we are getting a bit fond of him now. He'll run again before then as he is fit and well and he has his ground.

Dubai Prince a name to remember
He is a nice colt by a very good sire. I think you'll find that was a very decent maiden. Anytime you get extreme distances like fourteen lengths back to the fourth in a big field you can be sure it was a good race and the Ballydoyle horses (Seville and Obligation) look decent. I like this horse and he'll appreciate better ground. I'll speak to John Ferguson but I wouldn't mind running him again this year - at Stakes level.
