Going - Soft. Bright and sunny
Elliott's charge Works for victory in opener
Emmet gave him a great ride - it's hard for him coming off the Flat with no claim,. He didn't mind the ground and will probably stay further. It's great for the Sloans at their local track.
Crocodile clings on for game success
Elliott doubles up with Dantes
I'm delighted to get that win for (owner) Chris Jones. That's his first horse,. Better ground will suit this horse and he might go for a handicap chase at Fairyhouse next.
Killyglen on course for Aintree
Robbie will ride him in the National,. He was running a big race in third last year when he fell. He was tracking the leader in fact. Everything has been geared towards the National this season whereas last year we only decided to go for it a few weeks before the race. He was due to run in the Grimthorpe at Doncaster a few weeks ago but had a palate operation and was not quite right for it so came here instead. That ground wasn't ideal for him. He's better off this year in the National as he's dropped 4 or 5lb.
Peace looks smart in bumper
He's a fine horse and we think a nice bit of him,. He's from a good family and is pretty useful. He likes a cut in the ground and we'll look for a winners bumper at a good track.
