Condon takes the Gold
Priors Gold has plenty of ability but is a little bit of a brat. We'll take him to a more galloping track next time and will mix it between Flat and jumps.
Raggletagglegypsy scores for Doyle
Raggletagglegypsy has been disappointing overall when you consider his good bumper form and his jumping has been a bit sticky and slow. He probably wasn't doing a whole lot in front but won easily enough . he should pick up a few handicaps but his jumping needs to improve. My horses have been a bit in and out and hopefully that's the start of things again.

Datokepe has bookies running scared
Datokepe is a nice horse but was tall and leggy and is still babyish. He seems to be coming to himself now and is a ‘summer novice' until next September and he should be capable of winning a novice hurdle. He's a real three miles horse and is an efficient jumper but I won't be in any hurry sending him chasing for a while.

Gigginstown complete local double
Guts For Garters took a long time to break his duck!. Andrew McNamara rode him on his latest run but got left in front by a faller. He said he travels better in behind horses and is better with a lead so we dropped him ‘in' today and it worked well. He is a great stayer and keeps galloping.
Peak Oil burns off rivals
Peak Oil has been crying out for good ground but hated that tight track. He wants a more galloping track and is a half brother to Irish St Leger winner Collier Hill.
